H\u00e1 tr\u00eas que figuram na galeria de refer\u00eancias no que se refere a estrat\u00e9gias para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos digitais.<\/p>\n<p>As Lojas do Cidad\u00e3o e os Espa\u00e7os do Cidad\u00e3o s\u00e3o dois dos exemplos referenciados pelas Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas como exemplos de boas pr\u00e1ticas de <strong>e-Government<\/strong> a n\u00edvel global. Como justificativo, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unric.org\/pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ONU<\/a> aponta o facto de estarem inseridas numa estrat\u00e9gia com o objetivo de reduzir custos e aumentar a efici\u00eancia, melhorando a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os e a sua dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o por diversos canais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Porque \u00e9 uma refer\u00eancia o e-Government portugu\u00eas?<\/h3>\n<p>O <strong>E-Government<\/strong> Development Index aponta o n\u00famero de Lojas e Espa\u00e7os do cidad\u00e3o hoje existentes em todo o pa\u00eds e a quantidade de servi\u00e7os disponibilizados aos cidad\u00e3os, numa estrat\u00e9gia de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e <a href=\"http:\/\/softventure.pt\/wordpress\/2018\/05\/16\/mais-de-500-empregos-a-espera-de-portugueses-com-formacao-em-ti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">difus\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os digitais a toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O Index refere tamb\u00e9m o apoio a utentes com baixa literacia digital como exemplo a seguir por outros pa\u00edses. No que toca ao <strong>e-Government <\/strong>portugu\u00eas, a ONU refere ainda o programa Simplex como um exemplo de agiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da burocracia, moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica e melhoria da intera\u00e7\u00e3o de entidades singulares e coletivas com organismos da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Central e Local.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>ONU monitoriza progressos a n\u00edvel mundial<\/h3>\n<p>O <strong>E-Government<\/strong> Development Index observa como os pa\u00edses membros utilizam a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para rever os seus processos de backoffice, redesenhando-os e tornando-os mais integrados, tendo como objetivo primeiro a necessidade de resolver problemas dos cidad\u00e3os.<\/p>\n<p>Esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez que projetos de <strong>e-Government<\/strong> em Portugal s\u00e3o referenciados ou premiados al\u00e9m-fronteiras.
