Centenas de equipas de pesquisa em todo o mundo est\u00e3o a combinar os seus esfor\u00e7os para recolher dados e desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Identificar quem est\u00e1 em maior risco com a COVID-19<\/h2>\n<p>Com o risco m\u00e9dico em espec\u00edfico, <a href=\"https:\/\/softventure.pt\/pt-pt\/servicos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">o machine learning \u00e9 potencialmente interessante<\/a> para prever o risco de infe\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, qual \u00e9 o risco de um indiv\u00edduo ou grupo espec\u00edfico contrair COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/softventure.pt\/pt-pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">machine learning<\/a> pode potencialmente ajudar a prever este risco. Embora ainda seja muito cedo para que muitas pesquisas de machine learning espec\u00edficas da COVID-19 tenham sido conduzidas e publicadas, as primeiras experi\u00eancias s\u00e3o promissoras.<\/p>\n<h2>Prever o risco de infe\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>As estat\u00edsticas mostram que os fatores de risco importantes que determinam a probabilidade de um indiv\u00edduo contrair COVID-19 incluem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9-existentes,<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e1bitos gerais de higiene,<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e1bitos sociais,<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de intera\u00e7\u00f5es humanas,<\/li>\n<li>Frequ\u00eancia de intera\u00e7\u00f5es,<\/li>\n<li>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e clima,<\/li>\n<li>Status socioecon\u00f3mico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o como o uso de m\u00e1scaras, lavar as m\u00e3os e o distanciamento social tamb\u00e9m podem influenciar o risco geral. \u00c0 medida que mais e melhores dados se tornam dispon\u00edveis e estudos atualmente em andamento produzem resultados, provavelmente veremos mais <a href=\"https:\/\/softventure.pt\/pt-pt\/2020\/11\/10\/4-principais-tendencias-de-machine-learning-para-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aplica\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas de machine learning<\/a> para prever o risco de infe\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Prever quem est\u00e1 em risco de desenvolver um caso grave<\/h2>\n<p>Quando uma pessoa ou grupo \u00e9 infetado, precisamos de prever o risco dessa pessoa ou grupo desenvolver complica\u00e7\u00f5es ou exigir cuidados m\u00e9dicos avan\u00e7ados. Muitas pessoas apresentam apenas sintomas leves, enquanto outras desenvolvem doen\u00e7a pulmonar grave ou s\u00edndrome da ang\u00fastia respirat\u00f3ria aguda (SDRA), que \u00e9 potencialmente mortal.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel tratar e monitorizar de perto todas as pessoas com sintomas leves, mas \u00e9 muito melhor come\u00e7ar o tratamento cedo se houver probabilidade de desenvolvimento de sintomas mais graves.<\/p>\n<h2>Previs\u00e3o de resultados de tratamento<\/h2>\n<p>Uma extens\u00e3o da previs\u00e3o de gravidade \u00e9 prever o resultado do tratamento, que muitas vezes \u00e9 literalmente uma quest\u00e3o de prever a vida ou a morte.
